The Global Comfort Group member Eurotel Cubao–Vivaldi legally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Pag-IBIG Fund on September 2, 2025. The partnership confirms both organizations' commitment to providing practical and affordable services to Filipino families nationwide.

Under the agreement, Pag-IBIG Loyalty Cardholders are entitled to exclusive privileges in Eurotel branches nationwide:

• 30% discount on room accommodations (based on published rates)
• 10% discount on function room rentals
• 10% discount on food and beverages

The partnership is automatically renewed after the initial two-year period.  The Eurotel locations in Las Piñas, Pedro Gil, Makati, North Edsa, Angeles Pampanga, Cubao, and Boracay will recognize these savings.

Mr. Ronnald S. Guevarra, Vice President for Pag-IBIG Fund Member Services Operations Group-NCR, reaffirmed the importance of the partnership and highlighted how collaborations with private companies like Eurotel expand the benefits and incentives accessible to Pag-IBIG Loyalty Cardholders beyond housing and savings services.

The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement was attended by important representatives from both organizations.  Among them were Mr. Allen Vallerio, Senior Manager of Eurotel; Ms. Mariel Quinto, Manager of Eurotel Ads & Promos; and Mr. Mervin M. Pereda, Area Head of Member Services Operations–NCR North Area of Pag-IBIG Fund.

The event featured token exchanges, official photo opportunities, and a fellowship program with partners and members of the press, in addition to a video presentation that showcased the accomplishments of both organizations.
