CEO SUITE Region's Finest Serviced Office

Having my Onlineshop (https://www.facebook.com/FashionableStylesByLeomy/) and Travel and Tours (https://www.facebook.com/LeomyTravelAndTours/) is not an easy business to manage specially if i do it alone and I don't have my "own office". One of the main problems i encounter are clients asking to go to our office for inquiries and or bookings and orders, BUT I don't have my own office so what i just say is that i do it via online instead. Yet I came to realized if I have my office where clients can come it would be much progressive and presentable to have meetings with my clients.

As your business grows, new services and facilities will probably be needed in order to cater for increased activity. The costs of office rental, utilities, furniture, wages and everything else that goes with running a business can quickly add up, making your dream seem unattainable and your business goals unreachable.

Thankfully there is an alternative that can save you a significant amount of money and make your dream of starting a successful company possible. And that alternative is the virtual office and one of those many virtual offices which I highly recommend is CEO SUITE Regions Finest Serviced Office.

CEO SUITE is the only serviced office operator in Asia run by industry experts with more than a decade of worldwide experiences. CEO SUITE is a one-stop workplace solutions provider for clients who need serviced offices, instant offices, virtual offices, meeting and training rooms, or professional services for their businesses.

So if you’re going to be on the road for a few weeks and need a virtual secretary or call forwarding system to manage incoming communications, you can simply hire the service that suits you the best for the time that you need it.

PHILCARE-GET GO LAUNCH - HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BY TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH

"Traveling keeps the brain and body healthier." ~MarketWatch Study, 2013
It’s also said to lower the risk of heart attack and death from coronary disease in certain groups, while the new and complex situations encountered while traveling can also help keep the brain sharp.
Get Healthy and Go Places: Purchase of PhilCare prepaid cards yields GetGo Rewards points.

Held on April 21, 2016 at M Cafe where Philcare - Get Go has been launch. Get Healthy and Go Places: Purchase of PhilCare prepaid cards yields GetGo Rewards points. Philcare partnered with Cebu Pacific.
Why travel? Me myself can justify that traveling makes me happy and well, specially if I'm with my partner.

It was mentioned that "Every Juan, gets access to good quality health care'" you don't just travel for no reason NOW you get to travel with security.

Philcare's partnership with GetGo Rewards will give their members Get Go Rewards points when they purchase selected health card products, the points will allows the members to redeem FREE flights with Cebu Pacific flights. As I heard during the launch it was mentioned that you can get as much as 750 GetGo points by purchasing any Philcare health card products.  All selected Philcare Health Card for a minimum spent of Php 3,500.00, the member can use it to redeem points or flights from Cebu Pacific. PhilCare prepaid health cards included in the promo include ER Vantage cards, Medical and Dental cards, Health Vantage cards and Health Vantage Elite cards. PhilCare members are automatically eligible for a GetGo cards upon purchase of any of the prepaid health cards mentioned above.
If you're not a GetGo member yet Philcare will give a FREE membership when you purchase your health card and best thing about it they will deliver it to your doorstep...

PhilCare believes that the path to wellness goes beyond having an effective health care coverage or an immediate access to medical providers. To be truly healthy means taking the time to enjoy life’s little pleasures while ensuring that you are protected for medical emergencies at all time.
This is the vision behind PhilCare’s latest partnership with GetGo Rewards by Cebu Pacific, a lifestyle program that allows card holders to accumulate points on everyday spending and redeem these points for free flights. GetGo points can be earned from buying groceries, paying utility bills, refilling the car with gasoline, and now—even when taking care of your health.
“PhilCare has always advocated for a 360 degree view on health and wellness. We have addressed the need for affordable and accessible health care products by offering our prepaid cards, starting from the ER Vantage cards, with 40K, 60K and 80K maximum benefit limits which allows access to medical providers for emergency health concerns; and then we supplemented it with the introduction of the Health Vantage and Health Vantage Elite cards, which offers a more comprehensive and extensive one-year emergency health care coverage; and finally, to answer the clamor for an unlimited consultation card to complement ER Vantage, we introduced our Medical and Consultation cards for kids, adults and senior citizens early this year. The partnership with GetGo meanwhile addresses our belief for over-all wellness and health,” shared Noemi G. Azura, president and chief executive officer (CEO) for PhilCare.
By partnering with GetGo, Azura hopes that PhilCare members will be more inspired to travel discover new places and get much needed R&R.

HOTEL SOGO's BEGINNINGS

In, 1992, two individuals decided to come together and make use of their respective expertise to satisfy the public's need for better and more convenient low-cost lodging facilities. One was a Hotel Prefessional with over 20 years experience in a leading motel chain while the other was a Commercial Developer and "AA" licensed Contractor.

From the start, the partners agreed to adopt a Japanese theme to connote Cleanliness, Innovation, Efficiency, Courtesy, Discipline and Teamwork - attributes that would describe the Hotel and the organization they envisioned. Consequently, the name "SOGO" which means Harmony, Unity and Cooperation was chosen.

The motto "We Simply Do It Better" was an easy choice as it embodied the underlying strategy by which Hotel Sogo was to be operated. It would simply be better than its competitors int he industry catering to the B, C & D market. After more than a decade of servicing the needs of their guests, the hotel continues to innovate and improve their service and level of competencies for their guests demands fulfillment hence, the birth of the motto "So clean... So Good" came in, a motto that simply states that Hotel Sogo will give everyone a much better, satisfying, clean and good service.

NISSAN PHILIPPINES SET TO PARTICIPATE IN NEW SEASON OF NISSAN GT ACADEMY

What would you do to accomplish your dream? From virtual to reality. Real racing ground. I had always been fascinated with Car Shows and Car Racing (That's why I can watch all the movies of Fast and Furios over and over again).

For the first time since GT Academy’s inception in 2008, Asia held their very own GT Academy with hundreds of thousands of gamers vying to be crowned the overall winner and secure a professional race contract with Nissan Motorsport. For Japan, Philippines and Indonesia this was the first year that a GT Academy competition had been run in their territory, with both Thailand and India debuting as part of GT Academy International in 2014.

Budding racing drivers could qualify for Race Camp through two routes, either via an online Gran Turismo competition or through live events, with one hundred contestants winning a place at National Finals. National Finals were hosted in Chennai (India), Tokyo (Japan), Bangkok (Thailand), Manilla (Philippines) and Sentul near Bogor (Indonesia).

Only six lucky contestants from each territory would progress from the National Finals to make the long flight to the Silverstone Circuit in the UK. Once there, the competitors would be introduced to their respective country mentors to help guide them through the challenging six-day event. The mentors came from a variety of motorsport backgrounds and included Karun Chandhok (India), Hamish Daud Wyllie (Indonesia), Katsumasa Chiyo (Japan), Marlon Stockinger (Philippines) and Sandy Stuvik (Thailand).
Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) confirmed it's participation in the upcoming Nissan GT Academy 2016, which will be launched later this year. This was announced during an exclusive screening of the Nissan GT Academy reality show, produced by NPI's broadcast partner ABS-CBN, last April 11, 2016 at the Bonifacio High Street Cinema.

A virtual-to-reality racing competition, the Nissan GT Academy gives aspiring race cars drivers a chance to fullfill their dream of participating in a professional international race.
"The Nissan GT Academy is Nissan's way of democratizing motorsports, to make it more accessible to the general public." said SJ Huh, NPI General Manager for Marketing "By doing this, we help fast-track the dreams of more potential Filipino racers to reach the international racing arena."

First launched locally in March 2015, the Nissan GT Academy saw over 13,000 aspiring racers participate in over 20 live events held in key cities in the country within a four month period. Twenty players with the best race time in the game then advanced to compete in the National Finals, where they were subjected to physical, driving, media, and virtual challenges to determine the top six contenders.

From the 20 finalist, Luis Cachero, Rafael Lesaguis, Terence Lallava, Joward Policarpio, Joel Agojo, and Daryl Brady were selected to join the Race Camp at the Silverstone Racing Circuit in the United Kingdom in August 2015.
The entire event was overseen by long standing head judge, Rob Barff, who was immediately impressed by the fitness and preparation the GT Academy Asia competitors had gone to to prepare for Race Camp.

The challenges came thick and fast throughout their week at Race Camp with gamers being thrown into the action on their first day when they got behind the wheel of single seaters, Caterham racers, Nissan GT-Rs and JPLM cars at Bedford Autodrome. Throughout the week, various surprise challenges were given to the competitors, including the ‘GT Ninja’ assault course, an innovative army-style Gymkhana driving race, dune buggy racing, head-to-head timed shootouts on the Silverstone track and an incredibly eventful Nissan Micra stock car race which saw only two cars finish.
The Philippine Top 6 then underwent a 9-day competition against finalist from Japan, Thailand, India, and Indonesia to determine one winner.
"2015 was an excellent year for the first Nissan GT Academy in the Philippines, with Joward becoming the first Nissan GT Academy Asia Champion. Not only is he the first Nissan GT Academy Asia Champion, but he is the first Filipino to win the tittle." said Huh "We hope to continue this strong performance, as we look forward to launching the second Nissan GT Academy in the Philippines later this year."
The final event of Race Camp was determined by a thrilling ten-lap race around Silverstone’s International Circuit in Nissan 370Z NISMO race cars. Pole-sitter Andika Rama from Indonesia started the race well and led into the first corner, ahead of Jose Gerard Policarpio from the Philippines who had leapfrogged Takuya Takahashi from Japan. Policarpio quickly got on the tail of Rama and for the first four laps the pair crossed the line separated by under a second with Takahasi settled in third just under two seconds behind. However after patiently waiting for his opportunity, Policarpio then made his move on the fifth lap to incisively take the lead of the race. Unfortunately the fifth lap proved to be the end of Takahashi’s race as he limped into the pits with a mechanical problem. This left Policarpio and Rama to fight it out unchallenged at the front.

The drama was saved for the last lap when Policarpio exited Club corner extremely slowly. This allowed Rama to get in to his slipstream and after following him closely through Stowe he was poised to make a move into the final corner. Rama went for the inside line but some impressive defensive driving from Policarpio meant he held on and crossed the line just two-tenths clear of his rival.

After some deliberation from Rob Barff and the instructors, Jose Gerard Policarpio from the Philippines was crowned the first-ever Nissan PlayStation® GT Academy Asia champion.

MANILA FINAL LEAGUE OF Jr.NBA and Jr.WNBA PRESENTED BY ALASKA

"Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it."– Michael Jordan
Very well said from one of the most famous Basketball Legends of all time. That's exactly what inspires 2 of the boys who tri-out for the Jr.NBA and Jr.WNBA Presented by Alaska for its search for the best basketball players in the country when it holds its last Regional Selection Camp at the Don Bosco Institute, Makati on April 9 and 10, 2016.

A total of 1,114 boys and girls (1,030 boys, 84 girls) went to Don Bosco Technical Institute in Manila to take part in the program where their basketball skills were tested/checked. At the end of the day, 40 boys and 24 girls were chosen to return for Day 2 of the camp where among them the RSC Manila representatives to the National Training Camp will be chosen.
"I have self-doubt. I have insecurity. I have fear of failure. I have nights when I show up at the arena and I'm like, 'My back hurts, my feet hurt, my knees hurt. I don't have it. I just want to chill.' We all have self-doubt. You don't deny it, but you also don't capitulate to it. You embrace it." ~Kobe Bryant
The basketball clinic was held in the morning and in the afternoon where the scrimmages on the second day, were the boys and girls were grouped into teams and were made to play sets of basketball games where they can apply all that they have learned from day 1 and from the basketball clinic in the morning.

I was surprised to see once again Charles Mandel the first time i saw Him was in Baguio just to tri-out made it to the selection but wasn't been able to continue for the finals and yet I was surprised to see him once again here in Manila, I thought at first it was just his look alike because his mustache (hehehe) but when i talked to him, It was really him. My first reaction was "WOW" he is full of determination and will to be chosen, however he did not qualify for the National Training Camp. One of the other boy who catches my attention is Kai Zachary Sotto.

"As a parent, I have a job as a role model to my children, and by extension, to other young people." ~Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
What also inspires me during the league is seeing the kid's with their father fully supporting them as if they're transferring their full experience of the game just to make their dreams come true, how precious is that right. I got the chance to witness some scene like that, specially to those kids who made it to the next day.....
"There’s winning and there’s losing, and in life you have to know they both will happen. But what’s never been acceptable to me is quitting." ~Magic Johnson
We all know that one of the secret successes of the Basketball Legends are of course having a supportive and a good powerful advice for their executions from their "Coach". I got the chance to witnessed how one of the coach gives advice to his team, His words are what could boost and lead the players to push thru and succeed on the next round.

"At some point in time I will be honored if I would be mentioned as a coach." ~Karl Malone
While other coaches makes sure that the kids (girls) should treat Basketball with humor sometimes besides "It's just a game" There's time for serious playing and time for having fun.

Dianne Camille Nolasco

"I do a little sign on the court every time i make a shot or a good pass and i pound my chest and point to the sky – it symbolizes that i have a heart for God. It’s something that my mom and I came up with in college and i do it every time i step on the floor as a reminder of who i’m playing for." ~Stephen Curry
