RISE PH CHOOSING A FINANCIAL PLANNER

“The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it.”  ~Jordan Belfort / The Wolf of Wall Street
Asking "someone" to take good care of your money for your future is indeed a risky thing to do, because you don't know whether it will prosper or not. It is actually a hard thing to do. Financial planners provides clients the best choice on how to save money, invest on business and of course increase their money. But base from the last workshop from Mr. Aya Laraya's (Financial Coach of Pesos and Sense), there are different kinds of Financial Planners in the market you just have to differentiate which one really cares about your hard earned money and not just a financial adviser who just wanted to recruit you which is also my own perspective because most of the financial planners just wanted to successfully recruit insurance buyers or members but not everyone cares on where will your money go for a brighter future.
What I look for is an adviser who is promising a good advice that really does cares for my money and not just an adviser who cares to get recruits, as well as not just investments but earnings in the long run. Because whoever we choose to manage our money has also a lot of impact in our life and in our future. Choosing your financial planner is as the same with joining a pageant there will be a lot of contestants but there will always be that one person who qualifies, sometimes a financial planner don't really have the capability of encouragement but ability YES!
I used to attend a lot of Sun Life events way back 5 years ago and i already had countless encounters with different Sun Life Advisers. I don't know why or maybe i know i am just not so convinced of their strategies on how to make me be part of Sun Life, because base from my personal experience i think they both have the same aims or motifs and that is to "recruit" and not really to "make" me be part of the Sun Life Family. It is a learning process and at the same time awakening experience to be part of the workshop series because i get to realize that "Insurance" is not scary at all and not something i need to hide whenever someone approaches me. Unlike before whenever someone approach me about insurance i rarely entertain because I am not really interested and it is not on my priority list or moreover it is on my last list. But since, i got "Educated and Learned" about it I realized what had I been doing all this years that i mature and really grew much older? That is the question that really hits me the most.
A healthy future is like a healthy meal!

At this time of my life i realized i should have started saving for my financial insurance way back 10-15 years ago. But at the same time way back i am not well educated with "the right" financial adviser i relied my future to government insurances which a lot of Filipino only knew and rely with when they reach senior age. But only if proper Insurance company provides the proper knowledge via their financial advisers a lot of Filipinos could be informed about the benefits and relief it could be to be insured for the future of senior years.
Nowadays just this year i came to realization that i badly need my own insurance and eager to keep on talking to different financial advisers it is only also now that i differentiate one financial adviser to the other because now i can say that i can see myself in the right direction. I'm getting there I want my own insurance and if i could manage to secure one for myself i would love to get my siblings as well because i don't want to be protected alone i want my whole family. What I need to do now is to keep talking to different few more financial adviser and look for someone i find the qualities i look for in a qualified financial adviser, because what I really want and or looking for a financial adviser is someone who can help me discipline myself about my expenses by then i could manage my expenses, there should be something for me or reason to set aside a budget for my insurance. I would like an adviser who has license and hasn't been banned or disqualified from giving advice and of course not just after me being recruited someone who will watch over my finance. A registered financial adviser to make sure it has the right experience and qualifications to give me the level of service I need., someone whose really concern where my money will go.
Here are some clips of advice and guidelines on choosing a financial adviser

Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now.”  ~Alan Lakein
Most people don't plan to fail, they fail to plan.”  ~John L. Backley

SUN LIFE PROSPERITY CARD LAUNCH START YOUR FUTURE NOW

"Financial wellness is not about being better than others. It's about being a BRIGHTER version of yourself."
One of today's most-in-demand millennial celebrity is Matteo Guidicelli, the newest Sun Life Ambassador for Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMCI)

“A strong man prepares for his own and his children's future. A weak man prepares for friday nights.” ~Randell Tiongson
There are still a lot of people who doesn't know and are unaware of the benefits of investing via insurance because mostly a lot still rely on saving money via depositing in the banks. But how do we really grow our money, how can we really benefit from saving. I hope there will be lots of financial advisers who could educate people in finding the right and proper way of inviting. Because let us all be aware that it is important to be patient and secure. You will realize it is worth the wait when we reach senior years of our life.
“Life insurance is like putting on sun block. For protection.
I am so delighted to be chosen as one of the 7 winners to receive the Sun Life Prosperity Card, it was a blessing indeed. And so there finally i got to be insured but it is only the beginning of my future journey. I am excited to save and i wanted it to be my commitment to myself and i wanted to discipline myself about it because it is already a gift all i have to do now is how to take good care of it and how i will make it grow with of course as well with the help of a financial adviser that will help and support me along the journey of investing for my future. It is now in my hands how i will succeed. Thank You Sun Life! ^_^

The TVC shows two Matteo with strikingly opposite personality:
One tries to impress by bragging his material possessions, including a new phone and a credit card, while the other woos her by promising a brighter future together with the help of the Sun Life Prosperity Card.
“It's the first time I did such a project, and I definitely enjoyed playing both roles, but whats important is that we were able to bring home the message. It's fun to have nice material things and be on YOLO mode, but what will happen to you if all your money runs out and you have nothing saved for the long-term? Whether I'm doing sports or working on a showbiz project, I know that I need to be patient before I could see the results. Training for a competition takes time, and so does shooting a movie or recording an album.” ~Matteo Guidicelli
“Some things are definitely worth the wait.
When you invest your money - you have to grow it long-term before you can enjoy the benefits. You may have to wait a bit, but it's always, always worth it! The reward is fruitful.

LILY'S PEANUT BUTTER SPREAD LITE LAUNCH

Nuts about Health introducing the new
Lily's Peanut Spread Lite

August 14, 2016 Launched its newest product line, Lily's Peanut Spread Lite, at the Lily's Lite in the City event, held at the Trinoma Activity Center, Quezon City.

People are becoming more and more aware of the health value of the things they eat and drink. And by the looks of things this emphasis on health is becoming more than just a simple fad; health consciousness is here to stay. After more than half a century of winning Filipino palates.

I've grown up knowing and loving peanut butter on our table perfect for morning pandesal way back we also used to eat it as it is.
The whole-day event, hosted by athlete-turned-celebrity-host Gretchen Ho, actor-model CJ Reyes, and singer-model John Pol Dimaculangan, featured a variety of fun activities showcasing the health and wellness-oriented direction of the Lily's brand with the release of this latest product.
Zumba sessions, demonstration on health cooking, game booths, a special performance by Pilipinas' Got Talent Finalist, the Power Impact Dancers and many more are available to the public, add to that special raffle prizes and high-score awards for people who purchased Lily's products at the venue.

Lily's Peanut Spread Lite is the first locally-produced lite peanut butter in the market. This peanut spread is made from real peanuts and stevia extract, without any of the added sugars or chemical ingredients included in many low-fat peanut butter alternatives on the market.

Stevia extract, which extracted from the leaves of the Stevia Rebaudiana plant, contains naturally-occurring glycosides, which give the substance a distinct sweetness, despite having no sugar content.

This makes it ideal for today's health-conscious eaters-from weight-watchers and people trying out low-glycemic diets to people suffering from ailments such as diabetes and hypertension-as it delivers the same creamy sweetness that has made Lily's a favorite, without compromising consumers health.

Taste and health don't have to be exclusive of each other; healthy doesn't need to be boring.

With he latest product line, Lily's engaged itself to be an advocate of promoting healthy snacks, an advocacy that will continue to manifest in the company's future projects and events.
