Michelle Perlas, Head of Sales
Michelle Perlas is the Head of Sales for Common Ground Philippines. She has a total of 15 years of experience in retail, marketing, sales, and business development. She has worked in various industries and has a strong background in corporate leasing and B2B and B2C negotiations. She’s a recipient of the Anvil Awards and Quill Awards for her successful involvement in effective entrepreneurial projects of one of the Philippines’ biggest real estate companies.
Lia Broncano, Sales Executive
Lia Broncano is the Sales Executive for Common Ground Philippines. She has a total of five years of experience in the real estate industry with expertise in residential and corporate leasing and strategic partnerships. She is a skilled marketer and advertiser with a focus on customer relationship and satisfaction.
Ana Lucia Gutierrez, Expansion Manager
Ana Lucia Gutierrez is the Expansion Manager for Common Ground Philippines. She is one of the core employees of Common Ground since she started as an Assistant Community Manager in Malaysia to handle brand communications, product development, and operations. She’s been in the Philippines for 10 months now and has opened three successful venues.
To date, Common Ground plans to put up more venues in the Philippines. It is optimistic to partner with brands from various industries, landlords, and property owners for workspace needs, service improvement and to beef up its expansion efforts.
Hence,
