At a media event at the BSB Junrose Corporation display booth at the 10th Makina Moto Expo, which was held at the SMX Convention Center on April 10, 2026, BSB President Mr. Ian Bangayan emphasized that rising fuel prices made engine efficiency and smarter vehicle management more crucial than ever.

 Understanding the Efficiency Gap

Not all of the fuel that enters an engine is fully used or converted into usable power. Common riding conditions including traffic, heat, and short-distance travel lead to increased internal friction, carbon accumulation, and decreased overall efficiency.

These factors ultimately lead to lower engine performance, lower mileage, and higher fuel consumption. They may also lead to increased maintenance requirements and long-term repair costs.
