Century Tuna Superbods STAY STRONG Launch! With Alden, Nadine, and with the finalists who will compete to become EVERYBOD SUPERBOD 2020 grand winners!

The road to Century Tuna Superbods 2020 was all set: launched earlier this year by showbiz royalties Nadine Lustre and Alden Richards with the message “Every day is a chance to be a better you", the annual fitness competition had all 34 finalists lined up. But when the COVID-19 pandemic happened, the competition pivoted to become a   platform with an inspiring message for all.

Times are tough but Century Tuna, the country’s leading canned tuna, proved that Pinoys are tougher as it relaunched Century Tuna Everybod Superbod 2020 with a more inclusive and relevant theme: Stay strong, Pilipinas!

Streamed on the Century Superbods Facebook page, the launch featured celebrity Superbods Nadine and Alden, together with the 34 Century Tuna Superbods finalists enjoining everyone to witness the strength of the Superbods spirit to continue pursuing their passion and dreams of a healthier future that begins with proper diet and exercise. 

To further reinforce the importance of staying strong, Century Tuna released a rousing video (https://www.facebook.com/centurytuna/videos/221566542278633)  that signaled the resumption of the highly-anticipated Century Tuna Everybod Superbod 2020 competition, following the same objectives: The candidate must be a “Difference Maker,” someone who can make a stand and empower Filipinos to be the best they can be.

Of course, this year’s unstoppable finalists were ready to show off their hot and fit bods to make a difference and inspire everyone to Stay Strong.

Each candidate’s journey to becoming the Century Tuna Everybod Superbod 2020 grand winners will consist of various digital challenges that will be posted on the Century Tuna Superbods Facebook page and can be searched using #StayStrongPilipinas, #CenturyTunaSuperbods, #EverybodCanBeASuperbod.  These challenges will lead up to the finals night happening on September 19, 2020, where over Php 2,000,000 worth of prizes is at stake and where one male and one female grand winners will be selected.

Century Tuna Everybod Superbods 2020 Finalist!

Century Tuna, the country's number 1 canned tuna brand, heating up the summer season with the country's hottest and sexiest stars. The sexiest and most awaited health and fitness event of the year is on. With the special appearances by the two showbiz royalties star in Century Tuna's newest TV commercial which highlights the message that Everybod can be a Superbods, putting emphasis on the concept that everyone, regardless of age and background, can be a better version of themselves through proper diet and exercise.

Superbods Matteo Guidicelli and Superbods Ageless Sunshine Cruz. The finalists in this year’s Century Tuna Everybod Superbods 2020, from the final call back took place in Marco Polo Ortigas on February 27, 2020.

Century Tuna Everybod Superbods 2020, must be:

• A Difference Maker.
• Someone who can make a stand to empower Filipinos to be the best they can be.
• Promotes health as an everyday commitment.
• Must also be a Voice Lifter by amplifying the voice of the Filipinos and communicate positivity to help uplift the confidence of others.
• A Cause Supporter.
• Someone who is a fearless advocate of causes relevant to health and wellness.

Female Category

Open to male and female with Filipino heritage, and must be 18 to 60 of age, the Century Tuna Everybod Superbods contestants can be a student-athlete, a doctor who is a fitness advocate, a fit mommy, a chef who owns a healthy meal plan subscription, or even a preschool teacher who is also a bodybuilder.

Criteria for Judging:

• Boy 30%
• Personality 30%
• Transformation Story 20%
• Advocacy and Social Impact 20%

 Male Category

Grand winners (1 male, 1 female) will take home Php 500,000.00 each, runners-up (1 male, 1 female) will win Php 200,00.00 each while the rest of the finalists will take home Php 10,000.00.
