Joy Mendiola is a Managing Owner at Occasions of JOY and Supreme Ruler of www.occasionsofjoy.com. A fomer HR Recruitment and Training Specialist, Marketing Supervisor, events consultant of Occasions of Joy Events. I remember i first met Ate Joy at a Uniliver event in Earth Kitchen, she was the one who captures my attention because she gave me a smile without event knowing me first and i was like smiling back. But honestly thought she gave me her name and blog site i lost the notepad where her details are written that's why just last year i was able to make a friend request on facebook. Thank Yo for giving me that smile it was easy for me to talk to you since your smile is like a welcome note of saying hello there without even uttering a word.

I am humbled and surprised to be invited it made me feel like important part of her life in the blogging world because i know for sure she got a lot of blogger friends.....

It was so much fun doing the flower maki, i never thought what I'm fond of eating takes a lot of hardwork and effort. It triggers the artistic side of me and that i wanted to learn more about making bento's who knows it could be a good business int he future.
