Pets and animal lovers are invited to Enchanted Kingdom's enchanted, all-inclusive one-day Pets Day Celebration

Furever Enchanted Ogg's Pets Day was a one-day event held on April 26 at Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, which welcomed cats, dogs, pet owners, and animal lovers through its enchanted gates.

As part of this quarter's Forever Enchanted Summer campaign, the theme park celebrated the bond between pets and their owners while promoting animal welfare through fun activities and surprises made especially for dogs, cats, and their human companions by Ogg the Guard, a well-known EK character.

As the festivities got underway in the Enchanting Events Place (EEP) Foyer, speakers from the Santa Rosa City Veterinary Office, Animal Bite Center, and the dog training group Canine Connections led educational sessions on basic obedience training, pet health and safety, responsible ownership, and animal bite awareness. Volunteers from the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) also contributed to the event.

Additionally, EK organized an on-site pet adoption campaign in partnership with Second Chance Aspin Shelter Philippines Incorporated (SECASPI), a Calamba City-based animal rescue organization, where participants may find devoted, long-term homes for rescued dogs and cats.

Pets and their furparents had a great time bonding at Ogg's Paw Ville, which is located at the Agila Grounds. In addition to free services like veterinary examinations, anti-rabies vaccines, and pet training consultations, this pet-friendly area featured an EK-themed pet playground, a vibrant photo booth, and an amazing market with pet supplies, snacks, products, and freebies.

Thanks to special discounts on Regular Day Passes and access to these exciting pet-friendly activities and experiences for all participants, pet owners may enjoy the rest of the park after the event.

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, continues to be one of the top advocates for local industry development with the recent appointment of its chief operating officer, Mrs. Cynthia R. Mamon, Ph.D., as president of the PCCI-Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (LCCI).

The newly elected LCCI officers were inducted on February 16 at Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna, by Area Vice President Hoover Picar and Regional Governor Mary Ann Katigbak.

LCCI is commemorating its 50th anniversary as a non-stock, non-profit, non-governmental organization. It is composed of Laguna's small, medium, and large firms that are dedicated to fostering the growth, resilience, and competitiveness of the province's business community as well as a more resilient and sustainable local economy.

Present during the induction ceremony were Department of Labor and Employment – National Conciliation and Mediation Board IV-A Director Cynthia Foncardas, Laguna Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEPIDO) Laguna Head Fatima Villaseñor, PCCI Los Baños President Grace Bondad Nicolas, PCCI Quezon City President Anne Marie Francisco, and PCCI Lipa City President Marites Jumarang. They were joined by past presidents of LCCI namely Atty. Rose Lynn Zara-Coloma, Marvin Adolfo, Virgilio Lorenzo, Richard Albert Osmond, and EK’s President and Chairman Mr. Cesar Mario O. Mamon.

An economic briefing by Prof. Ronilo Balbieran, economist at the University of Asia and the Pacific followed after the induction ceremony.

Even prior to this, EK has been a longstanding active member of LCCI, as Mr. Mamon also served as its president from 2006 to 2007.

Championing Tourism

Mrs. Mamon was also reelected as president of the Laguna Tourism Council (LTC), taking the oath of office among the other newly elected LTC officers on January 22 in Santa Cruz, Laguna, administered by Governor Sol Aragones.

LTC is a provincial multi-sectoral body made up of representatives from various government and business organizations, and it is one of the primary movers behind Laguna's development as a major tourism destination in the Philippines.

In order to promote tourism, culture, heritage, and the arts to both domestic and foreign audiences, LTC has been working closely with the Laguna province government, as well as other municipal offices and non-governmental groups across the country, since Dr. Mamon assumed the role in 2023.

Additionally, LTC provides places for Laguna-based micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to showcase their superior products and crafts through a variety of events and partnerships that take place both within and outside the province.

The first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom (EK), will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a lavish event on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19.  With an incredible music series and seasonal surprises that are sure to leave everyone eternally captivated, the premier theme park is celebrating thirty years of beautiful memories.

Wheel of Fate: The Magical Journey of Eldar the Wizard, the EK's first-ever projection mapping show, will be part of the two-day celebration.  The Echoes of Enchantment Grand Parade, which features EK's adored Storyverse characters under the direction of the legendary Eldar the Wizard, will also be enjoyed by guests.  6:00 p.m. is when these nighttime events will begin.

Gabi ng Saribuhay: An Enchanting Filipino Concert

On the evening of October 18, Enchanted Kingdom is excited to have local performers return to its stage for a star-studded anniversary celebration. 

Former EK performers who have made a name for themselves in the entertainment industry are returning, including Gigi de Lana, a strong soprano, and Sinag Maynila, 2025 Best Actress and Sparkle diva Rita Daniela.   Rob Deniel, a well-known singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, will captivate guests with his music, enhancing the event's allure.   Its appeal would be increased by the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the best orchestras in the country, performing magnificently that evening.

Mauie Francisco and Mitzi Casacop, both former EK performers and current GMA Sparkle artists, will also be joining the celebration and doing a special performance at an exclusive event. 

The Magic of Saribuhay: A Pyromusic Spectacle will be the grand finale to the celebration's first night.

The Next Chapter of Enchantment

On October 19, the Forever Enchanted Live: EK's 30th Anniversary Concert will feature the greatest band of this generation, Cup of Joe, and one of OPM's most well-known bands, Parokya ni Edgar.   An alternative rock band called Over October will provide fresh energy to the celebrations. 

Enchanted Kingdom's thirty years of creating magical moments that last a lifetime for all Filipinos will be celebrated with a stunning pyromusical performance at the conclusion of the Sky Wizardry EKstravaganza.

AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY and Space Shuttle Re-opening

One of the highlights of Enchanted Kingdom's 30th anniversary celebration is the reopening of AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY, the country's first and only flying theater.   The attraction further demonstrates the park's commitment to sustainability by offering guests an immersive and educational experience through an enhanced video that showcases the Philippines' abundant biodiversity and natural wonders.

Dr. Mamon further emphasized that admission to the spectacular flying theater is already included in the park's regular day pass, which is part of EK's Education Program.   Additionally, when the famous Space Shuttle makes a comeback in October, thrill-seekers have even more to look forward to.  With an immersive thematic experience and upgraded ride system technology, it will be rebuilt this time, ensuring a more exciting, safe, and seamless journey at every turn.

Enchanting New Songs

"Forever Enchanted," a new original song by SMS, EK's in-house P-pop girl group, was released in line with their mission to foster Filipino talent. EK's leading all-male vocal group, Kingsmen, also released a song titled "Enchanting Memories."

With the Year of Snaptooth the Snake, a Chinese New Year Celebration, EK Welcomes Wealth and Joy

In 2025, Enchanted Kingdom (EK) celebrates its 30th anniversary by welcoming magic and luck with a lively and immersive Chinese New Year celebration!

The Year of Snaptooth the Snake will captivate visitors from January 29 to February 9 with magnificent cultural displays, superb cuisine and dining options influenced by custom, and festive décor.

During the day, the Enchanted Lunar New Year Parade swept through the streets of Portabello, Brooklyn Place, and Spaceport zones, dazzling thousands of visitors. As they danced around the park, the symbolic Lion and Dragon also brought luck and prosperity to everyone. With the captivating display of lights at the Sky Wizardry Fireworks Display, EK concluded the celebrations.
