Forever Enchanted: Enchanted Kingdom Celebrates Three Decades of Magic

“SARIBUHAY is more than just an experience—it is a powerful call to action. Beyond its mission to promote the beauty of the Philippines and drive tourism, AGILA reminds us of the urgent need to conserve the environment and protect our wildlife. Enchanted Kingdom welcomes 600,000 students each year as we offer EK as an alternative classroom where they can learn through our Physics Behind the Rides and our Botany in the Park, among others. With AGILA the EKsperience: SARIBUHAY, we want to be able to contribute in ensuring that our next generation of leaders are equipped with awareness on the importance of protecting biodiversity.~Dr. Cynthia R. Mamon, Chief Operating Officer of Enchanted Kingdom

The first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom (EK), will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a lavish event on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19.  With an incredible music series and seasonal surprises that are sure to leave everyone eternally captivated, the premier theme park is celebrating thirty years of beautiful memories.

Wheel of Fate: The Magical Journey of Eldar the Wizard, the EK's first-ever projection mapping show, will be part of the two-day celebration.  The Echoes of Enchantment Grand Parade, which features EK's adored Storyverse characters under the direction of the legendary Eldar the Wizard, will also be enjoyed by guests.  6:00 p.m. is when these nighttime events will begin.

Gabi ng Saribuhay: An Enchanting Filipino Concert

On the evening of October 18, Enchanted Kingdom is excited to have local performers return to its stage for a star-studded anniversary celebration.

Former EK performers who have made a name for themselves in the entertainment industry are returning, including Gigi de Lana, a strong soprano, and Sinag Maynila, 2025 Best Actress and Sparkle diva Rita Daniela.   Rob Deniel, a well-known singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, will captivate guests with his music, enhancing the event's allure.   Its appeal would be increased by the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the best orchestras in the country, performing magnificently that evening.

Mauie Francisco and Mitzi Casacop, both former EK performers and current GMA Sparkle artists, will also be joining the celebration and doing a special performance at an exclusive event.

The Magic of Saribuhay: A Pyromusic Spectacle will be the grand finale to the celebration's first night.

The Next Chapter of Enchantment

On October 19, the Forever Enchanted Live: EK's 30th Anniversary Concert will feature the greatest band of this generation, Cup of Joe, and one of OPM's most well-known bands, Parokya ni Edgar.   An alternative rock band called Over October will provide fresh energy to the celebrations.

Enchanted Kingdom's thirty years of creating magical moments that last a lifetime for all Filipinos will be celebrated with a stunning pyromusical performance at the conclusion of the Sky Wizardry EKstravaganza.

AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY and Space Shuttle Re-opening

One of the highlights of Enchanted Kingdom's 30th anniversary celebration is the reopening of AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY, the country's first and only flying theater.   The attraction further demonstrates the park's commitment to sustainability by offering guests an immersive and educational experience through an enhanced video that showcases the Philippines' abundant biodiversity and natural wonders.

Dr. Mamon further emphasized that admission to the spectacular flying theater is already included in the park's regular day pass, which is part of EK's Education Program.   Additionally, when the famous Space Shuttle makes a comeback in October, thrill-seekers have even more to look forward to.  With an immersive thematic experience and upgraded ride system technology, it will be rebuilt this time, ensuring a more exciting, safe, and seamless journey at every turn.

Enchanting New Songs

"Forever Enchanted," a new original song by SMS, EK's in-house P-pop girl group, was released in line with their mission to foster Filipino talent. EK's leading all-male vocal group, Kingsmen, also released a song titled "Enchanting Memories."

New Anniversary Merchandise and Food Offerings

As part of the celebration of its 30th anniversary, Enchanted Kingdom will also offer guests exclusive culinary selections made especially for this momentous year.   With your loved ones, savor limited-edition treats like Agila Pops macarons, PanSisig crispy noodles, Biggie Burrito, Soy Good Chicken, and the fun Dino Surprise.

EK created commemorative tees that showcase the park's iconic attractions in addition to new AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY merchandise.   The popular prehistoric-themed children's concept store Stone Age is also making a comeback, giving guests more chances to celebrate and bring some Enchanted Kingdom magic home with them.

Enchanted Kingdom wraps 2024 with recognitions from DOT and DepEd

“Through this very relevant program, we have been able to provide even more world-class, enchanting, educational and entertainment experiences to our guests of all ages - embodying the unique brand of Filipino service excellence. As we at Enchanted Kingdom prepare to celebrate our 30th anniversary, we shall endeavor to continue our mutual support, partnership and collaboration with DOT especially in CALABARZON to uplift Philippine tourism service standards locally and globally in the years to come.” ~Mario O. Mamon, EK President and CEO

The Department of Tourism (DOT)-CALABARZON presented Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, with the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Champion Award for Tourism Enterprises as it prepares to celebrate 30 years of creating and offering unforgettable magical experiences and memories.

Mario O. Mamon, President and CEO of EK, and Ms. Pauline Barreiro, Head of Learning and Development, accepted the award at the Philippine Tourism Awards Regional Recognition and Tourism Excellence Awards 2024, which were held on December 3 at the Twin Lakes Hotel in Tagaytay City.

99% of EK's more than 800 Cast Members (employees) have finished the FBSE program by 2024. The renowned theme park also intends to offer the aforementioned training to its tenants and partner agencies in 2025.

Partner in Education

At the Pasasalamat at Pagpupugay (Partners Appreciation and Recognition Event) on December 16, EK was acknowledged as one of the longstanding education partners who have consistently supported the Department of Education (DepEd).

The aforementioned event honors and recognizes partners' cooperation and support of the various DepEd priority education programs. For the past ten years, EK has been assisting Brigada Eskwela in improving eleven classrooms across several Santa Rosa City, Laguna, elementary schools.

Magical Year of Tourism Excellence

Beyond providing visitors of all ages with magical experiences, Enchanted Kingdom has a higher mission: to support the expansion of the travel industry and the local community.

During the 2nd Laguna Stakeholders Business Forum in August, the Provincial Government of Laguna (PGL) honored EK for its exceptional accomplishment and superiority in business operations and management. EK's noteworthy contribution to the province's economic growth and competitiveness was praised by the local government.

Additionally, at the Laguna Business Summit in March, the PGL named EK an Esteemed Industry Partner for its significant contribution to the province's tourism and industry development. The aforementioned acknowledgment emphasized EK's commitment to quality, which has been demonstrated by the esteemed international honors it has earned, including the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Brass Rings Award for Best Retail Merchandise Display.

Good Corporate Citizenship and Fostering Inclusivity

EK was named a Top 3 Taxpayer by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Biñan-West Laguna District in March. This recognition was given in recognition of EK's timely and effective payment of accurate taxes, which significantly aided in meeting the district's 2023 collection target. In September, the City of Santa Rosa's local government unit (LGU) presented EK with the prestigious Lion Awards for Business, which included the Top Taxpayer Amusement Park Category.

Finally, as a Mother and Baby Friendly Establishment approved by the LGU Santa Rosa, EK reaffirmed its dedication to inclusivity. As part of LGU Santa Rosa's commemoration of National Autism Consciousness Week 2024 in January, EK was also acknowledged as an Autism Friendly Workplace for people with autism spectrum disorder.

“As we gear towards our 30th Anniversary of creating magical experiences and memories that last a lifetime, all the more that we commit to embracing Diversity, Exclusivity and Inclusivity. Ultimately, we want every guest regardless of gender, religion, culture, disability, and race to enjoy the park and accommodate their special needs in ways we can.” ~Dr. Cynthia R. Mamon, EK’s Chief Operating Officer
