Wines
Announcing the expansion of their portfolio to include wonderful French-Bordeaux wines made by David Wagnon, a Belgian national.

Tasting Notes: Wine custody for 10 to 15 years but also very pleasant after 2 to 3 years. Fruity wine rich in tannins.
Aging: 18 months in vats
Grape varieties: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: The wine process is quite long and it led to obtain a wine with excellent aging potential whose characters, to be fully appreciated, often require a wait of 5 to 6 years. This wooded wine needs a certain age to show all his quality.
Aging: 6 months in vats and 12 months in oak barrels (French oak changed every 3 years)
Grape varieties: 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 70% Merlot

Tasting Notes: A brilliant ruby color with garnet reflections. Very concentrated, the notes of small red fruits dominate. Behind it develops a wide range of scents ranging from vanilla, due to new wood, fig, and prune. The aromatic richness of the bouquet is found on the palate. Very generous, these wines are full-bodied and well structured. In the first years, the tannin's are very present, but this firmness does not deprive the wines of certain flexibility and a fleshy side.
Aging: Traditional vinification without sulfur added in thermo-regulated tanks and aging 40% in new barrels. Can age for 8 to 10 years depending on the vintage
Grape varieties: 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
