In 2023, Ayala Land's fourth largest estate, Vermosa, is said to be the new South's business and lifestyle district.

The next financial and commercial center in the South is expanding its retail offerings and services. It is also adding features and amenities like parks, a government center, a church, and malls that cater to the needs of the community and businesses.
