COLAB Cafe Unveils Exciting New Menu and Cafe Essentials Line

COLAB Cafe is happy to announce the official debut of its new menu on September 27, 2025, with a coffee party event sponsored by the Caffeine Club PH.  In order to improve the COLAB experience for its loyal patrons, the new menu features a creative fusion of innovative cocktails, unique fusions, and café favorites.

The COLAB Tea Coffee, an inventive fusion of the powerful notes of Sagada Arabica beans with the delicate aroma of jasmine tea, is the menu's highlight.  Matcha lovers will love the new and improved Matcha Latte, the refreshing Jasmine Matcha Cloud Tea, and the vibrant Sun-kissed Matcha Latte, a tropical twist that combines smooth matcha with mango and peach jam.

Tea enthusiasts can now explore the Ice-Shaken Fruit Tea and Fruit Tea Soda—refreshing drinks crafted from Jasmine Tea and COLAB’s signature fruit jams.

The highlight of the launch are the Smoothies featuring fun, flavor-packed blends:

• Backlog Smoothie – Strawberry-Mango Jam with Jasmine Tea base, tea jelly, and COLAB Cream
• Deadline Smoothie – Peach-Mango Jam with Jasmine Tea base, tea jelly, and COLAB Cream
• Overtime Smoothie – Grape-Pineapple Jam with Jasmine Tea base, tea jelly, and COLAB Cream

COLAB Cafe is happy to offer its Cafe Essentials line, which comprises the COLAB Fruit Jam Series (strawberry, peach, mango, grape, and pineapple) and the COLAB Pure Matcha Powder, for individuals who want to recreate the COLAB experience in their own homes.
