Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, has partnered with another iconic Filipino brand, Cafe Mary Grace, to bring more magical experiences to all during the latter's soft opening at the EK Portico in the City of Santa Rosa.

The EK Portico, located near the park's entrance, is part of the theme park's 28th anniversary promise to provide an enhanced retail and dining experience even on days when it is closed.

Since its founding in 1983 as a small home-based bakery, Cafe Mary Grace has developed into one of the nation's most beloved bakeries and cafes. In addition to its famous baked goods and locally produced food, it provides families and patrons with the coziness and comfort of home in each of its physical locations.

Cafe Mary Grace is introducing the Welcome Home Treat, which offers guests a complimentary glass of Sangria with the purchase of any All-day Breakfast or Flavorful Pasta from August 16 to September 16, 2024. Guests can also enjoy a park-exclusive Merienda Pairing, which includes a selection of the cafe's baked goods paired with Mary Grace Hot Chocolate or coffee (americano or latte) at a discounted price. This Merienda Pairing is also available from August 16 through September 16, 2024.

For the month of August, Cafe Mary Grace at EK will be open every Monday to Tuesday (11am to 8pm), Wednesday to Thursday (10am to 8pm), and Friday to Sunday (8am to 10pm).

Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, received the prestigious International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Brass Ring Excellence Award for the Best Retail Visual Merchandise Display category at the IAAPA Honors 2024, which took place on March 3 at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) is the leading global trade association for the amusement and attractions industry. Based in Orlando, Florida, USA, IAAPA has been in existence for more than 100 years and counts on all global industry players such as Disney, Universal Parks, and Enchanted Kingdom.

EK’s official entry, “Eldar’s Specialty Shoppe”, is the flagship retail store featuring EK’s homegrown jolly and wise Eldar the Wizard.

An Enchanted Christmas Story - Eldar the Wizard brings yuletide cheer and magic for the holiday season

Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the first and only world class theme park in the Philippines, brightens the holidays with An Enchanted Christmas Story starting with the Christmas Tree Lighting and launch of EK’s Giant Parol on November 26, Sunday.

EK tapped renowned lantern maker from Pampanga, Eric Bondoc Quiwa, in the creation of the 22 foot parol to be installed at the Agila Grounds. This will be the centerpiece of the theme park’s holiday events along with 100 parols around the park. Quiwa will share this bright and colorful tradition in creating the biggest parol thus far in the country.

Additionally, EK and Firefly Lighting CeleBrights moments with the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony for all to enjoy at the Spaceport.

According to EK President and Chairman Mario Mamon, EK is committed to showcase the Filipino Christmas tradition of parols and local decorations to bring nostalgia during the holiday season. “It is no doubt that Christmas is the most festive and magical time of the year in the Philippines. As a proud Filipino company, EK is the ideal place where Filipino families can create more magical experiences and reminisce about their most enchanted Christmas stories,” Mr. Mamon further explained. 

EK is also set to showcase their homegrown talents through their Christmas shows such as the plays Christmas At The Kingdom (EK Story) and Brooklyn Diaries: Oh Paskong Maligaya (OPM). The Eldar’s Christmas Parade will feature Eldar the Wizard and the Royal Family with the storybook characters as they dance and prance around Enchanted Kingdom to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year. EK’s very own vocal groups Victoria's Way and The Kingsmen together with P-pop girl group SMS will serenade guests with Christmas Songs at EK’s bandstand.

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world class theme park, is inviting guests for its 28th anniversary celebration in October, themed "Be the Magic! Be Enchanted!" This year-long festivity aims to shine a light on reimagining captivating tales from history while crafting fresh and enchanting adventures for all its visitors.

Mamonv shared that due to popular demand, Enchanted Kingdom will bring back the Sky Wizardry Fireworks Competition after its last spectacle eight years ago.

Enchanted Kingdom will also introduce its very own storybook characters with the launch of its grand parade. Apart from the iconic Eldar the Wizard, Princess Victoria and Princess Madeline, meet and greet these lovable characters this October as part of the Enchanted Kingdom story for guests of all ages to enjoy.
