Allianz PNB Life hailed Life Insurer of the Year by InsuranceAsia


One of Asia's most prestigious award-giving organizations, the InsuranceAsia News (IAN) Awards for Excellence 2022, recently selected Allianz PNB Life as the Life Insurer of the Year, giving it a strong start for the year 2023.

In a variety of ways, Allianz PNB Life has grown significantly in 2022; In the most recent industry performance report, which covers the second quarter of 2022, released by the Philippine Insurance Commission (IC), the company was ranked third in terms of Gross Written Premium and New Business Annualized Premium Equivalent. Through the perseverance of its marketing efforts and the dedication of its financial advisors, Allianz PNB Life also maintains its position as the nation's leading bancassurance provider.

Additionally, the company was able to strategically deal with the pandemic. It was one of the first insurance companies to get the IC to approve its digital sales process; In 2021, Allianz PNB Life was able to become the market leader in net promoter scores for digital customer experience by selling products and providing digital customer service.

Life Changers, new agents hired by Allianz PNB Life, saw a 64 percent increase in 2022. The company saw a 153% increase in sales year over year thanks to its agents who are more familiar with digital tools.

Additionally, numerous community initiatives were launched as a result of Allianz PNB Life's commitment to sustainability and future security. Ride Safe, Allianz PNB Life's sustainable transportation project, was developed as a result of the pandemic's rise in bike use. As a result of these efforts, Allianz PNB Life's GWP and NBAPE increased by 18%, or Php 3.7 billion, and GWP increased by 90.2% year-over-year.
