Book lovers and shoppers in Bulacan have an opportunity to help make reading more accessible through SM Supermalls’ Book Nook, in partnership with SM Cares and the National Library of the Philippines, as it brings “The Great Book Share 2026” book donation drive to SM City Marilao, SM Center Pulilan, and SM City Baliwag.
Running until October 25, 2026, the campaign encourages shoppers to donate gently used or brand-new books that can educate, inspire, and empower communities. Donations may include children’s books, young adult novels, Filipino-authored titles, reference materials, graphic novels, and other appropriate reading materials that can help enrich public library collections nationwide.
Before donating, participants are encouraged to review the campaign guidelines and select books that are in good condition and suitable for readers of different ages. This helps ensure that every donated title is ready to be appreciated and enjoyed by its next reader.
Through “The Great Book Share 2026,” SM City Marilao, SM Center Pulilan, and SM City Baliwag are giving communities the opportunity to transform well-loved books into meaningful opportunities for learning, discovery, and a love of reading.
