Homegrown bakeshop Red Ribbon opened its first store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania last October 15, drawing a long queue of customers who excitedly waited for hours, with the first customer lining up the night before opening. This new location is the brand’s 39th store in the US, and a part of Jollibee Group’s growth plans in North America.

The new Red Ribbon store is situated at 2201 Cottman Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia, which is a prime location within the Great Northeast Plaza shopping center, near the busy 'Cottman and Bustleton' intersection. This marks the brand's 5th new store for 2022 alone, which includes major openings in Houston, Texas and Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Red Ribbon specializes in offering delicious baked goods inspired by authentic Filipino flavors and ingredients. While the bakeshop is best known for its beautifully crafted cakes—considered a special celebration “must have” for many fans—Red Ribbon also features a mouth-watering line-up of both sweet and savory pastries that are perfect for everyday snacking occasions. These include Butter Mamon, Cheesy Ensaimada, Chicken Empanada, Mango Supreme, Ube Overload Cake, Yema Caramel Cake, and Black Forest Cake among others.
