AirAsia Philippines warms up the sky with the launch of 2025 Santan inflight menu by hearty Filipino classic, Beef Sinigang!

“Rainy days bring a different kind of travel experience. It offers an opportunity to provide even more comfort to our guests through something as simple as food. Our inflight menu is constantly evolving and staying inclusive, and with every warm dish like Beef Sinigang, we’re finding new ways to bring the feeling closer to home.” ~Capt. Suresh Bangah, AirAsia Philippines CEO & President

With the introduction of its new Q3 2025 Santan in-flight menu, which features the hearty Filipino classic Beef Sinigang as its centerpiece, AirAsia Philippines is bringing warmth and nostalgia to the skies as the country enters the rainy season. The delicate beef boiled in a delicious, sour tamarind soup with fresh vegetables is a dish that is typically served at home on chilly or rainy days. Today, it may be savored at elevations of 30,000 feet and higher.

AirAsia's Q3 menu lineup now includes the delectable Buko Pandan Milk and Buko Pandan Latte.  While the latte adds a little coffee bite to the nostalgic taste combination, the milk version is a creamy and delightful beverage created with young coconut and fragrant pandan.  The cost of each drink is PHP170.

In order to meet the various dietary requirements of its passengers, AirAsia, the airline that unites people and cultures throughout the region, makes sure that every item on the Q3 menu is Halal-certified and keeps innovating its Santan in-flight meals every quarter.
