At the Asia Pacific International Property & Hotel Awards 2025–2026, LIXIL power brands American Standard and GROHE recognized exceptional accomplishments in the real estate sector. In order to commemorate excellence in architecture, interior design, real estate, and property development, the esteemed event invited guests and prominent members of the industry. At a gala event, the American Standard Innovation Award, the GROHE Sustainability Award, and the GROHE Luxury Award were announced and presented, marking the culmination of the event, which honored 630 winning firms throughout Asia Pacific.
The four elements—Earth, Fire, Water, and Air—that represent the pressing global issues we must resolve with our creative property approach served as the inspiration for this year's topic. A panel of more than 100 peers and industry experts evaluated the more than 800 entries that were submitted to the event. Every submission was carefully assessed for originality, creativity, quality, service, design, and commitment to sustainability. Thailand received more prizes than any other nation (109), with China coming in second (76). Malaysia (68), India (65), Indonesia (59), and Hong Kong (42) all made noteworthy accomplishments.

American Standard 150th Year Anniversary Showcase |
Inspired by life, the American Standard booth commemorated 150 years of innovation and trust. The Aero-lite Wall Hung Shower Toilet, the EasyFlo line, the DuoStix Hand Shower and Hygiene Spray, and the new WizFlo Hand Shower were among the products on display for guests to examine, along with the new Acacia Supasleek line.
The GROHE SPA exhibit was constructed around the idea of "Aquatecture," which is the combination of architecture and water, honoring the value and significance of water in architecture as well as the advantages it offers for health and wellbeing. The GROHE Allure Gravity faucet, which gives an unmatched flexibility of expression with its removable cover plates made of Caesarstone marble, glass, or mirror, enthralled guests just as much.
The GROHE Luxury Award was given to the Stone Experience Center—MM Galleri by CNS Designworks, Indonesia, during the event. This award honours 'New Luxury', which combines outstanding interior design and luxury with the principles of sustainability, responsible consumerism, and responsible living. The Stone Experience Center is a ground-breaking facility that reinterprets the use of natural stone in modern architecture by showcasing the exquisite, lightweight, and flowing architectural shapes that can be created from marble and onyx. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, ultra-thin layers of these stones are twisted into beautiful, flowing patterns while utilizing only 10% of the material and reducing waste by 70%, establishing new standards for sustainable production and resource efficiency.
Starfish, Phu Quoc by SOG design, Vietnam, a 58-hectare development dedicated to ecological preservation and climatic resilience, received this year's GROHE Sustainability Award. Open spaces with native landscaping and mature tree conservation (90 percent conserved) occupy 76% of the property. Together, their green roofs, passive cooling techniques, and ideal building orientation save energy use while preserving biodiversity and avoiding significant grading by honoring the land's natural topography. Through the integration of low-impact infrastructure, renewable energy sources, and vernacular architecture, Starfish establishes a new benchmark for regenerative, sustainable development in tropical environments.
Ansaya Phuket Sylva, Thailand, received the American Standard Innovation Award. The project's design makes the most of the home's green areas, encouraging a close relationship with nature that enhances wellbeing and improves air quality. Through the use of smart-home technology, its design intelligence uses natural ventilation, thoughtful shading, and spatial layout to create a more comfortable, light-filled, and cool living area while using less energy. Every architectural feature is intentionally created to promote sustainability, well-being, and easy living, proving that real innovation occurs when design benefits both people and the environment.
