In a strategic move to strengthen security and provide peace of mind to its clients, the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) proudly pioneers Personal Cyber Insurance, which is exclusively tailored for BPI Debit Cardholders. This innovative insurance coverage acts as a strong defense mechanism, adding an extra layer of security to daily transactions and protecting users from potential risks in the ever-changing digital landscape.

BPI MS Personal Cyber Insurance is designed to provide Debit Cardholders with comprehensive protection. This exclusive offering is available to all BPI debit customers. The coverage includes E-commerce Purchase Protection, which reimburses customers for online purchases made with their BPI Debit Mastercard® if the items are accidentally damaged or not delivered by a fraudulent seller. It also includes Lost Card Protection, which protects customers against unauthorized/fraudulent transactions on their card that occurred up to 12 hours before reporting the incident to BPI. Furthermore, it protects against Third-Party Unauthorized Transfers, which are unauthorized fund transfers made by an external party using their BPI Debit Mastercard® account. 

Starting at PHP 700 per year, BPI Debit Cardholders can choose from a variety of coverage options tailored to their specific needs. To add to the convenience, clients can choose to make recurring payments, which allows for seamless annual renewals.
