The third factory of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation (APC) is being built at Tarlac City's newest and most sophisticated industrial-anchored mixed-use development, TARI complex. In order to start the development project, which would need a total capital investment of roughly Php 9.1 billion, APC recently performed a groundbreaking ceremony.
The soon-to-be-built structure signifies a major expansion as APC expands its operations to address the evolving needs of Filipino clients. It's a significant step toward strengthening the company's market position in the Philippines after more than 60 years. In addition to boosting production capacity and optimizing the supply chain, the factory is well-positioned to fulfill the company's main goal of offering reasonably priced and superior food goods.
All things considered, APC's choice to build a third factory aligns with the Ajinomoto Group's 2030 global goal of reducing environmental impact by 50% and extending the healthy life expectancy of one billion people.
The company's Tarlac facility was grounded with assistance from Aboitiz Economic Estates, the developer of TARI Estate, and CCT Constructors Corporation, APC's development partners.
