Herbalife and HyveSports & Women's Fitness Asia Collaborate to Increase Access to Fitness in the Philippines

“We see more people looking for ways to stay active, but consistency is often the challenge. Through this partnership, we aim to support communities across the country by making fitness more accessible, engaging and be part of everyday life. By connecting with people through large-scale events like this, we can help inspire consistency and empower more individuals to stay active over the long term.” ~Kinki Lau, General Manager of Herbalife Philippines

In order to fuel some of the biggest running and fitness events in the country in 2026, HyveSports & Women's Fitness Asia has officially partnered with Herbalife, a major health and wellness company, community, and platform, for a year.

The collaboration highlights Herbalife's commitment to helping everyday fitness communities, where many Filipinos begin leading active lives, and enhances the company's visibility at significant, community-driven events around the nation.

The partnership shows a shared goal of expanding the accessibility and sustainability of wellbeing, according to Kinki Lau, General Manager of Herbalife Philippines.

Julius Em, CEO of HyveSports and Justine Cordero-Em, Founder of Women’s Fitness Asia Philippines, echoed this, emphasizing the partnership’s role in creating more inclusive and engaging fitness experiences.

“At HyveSports, our goal has always been to get more people moving in a way that feels fun and inclusive. With Herbalife, we can take that even further by supporting Filipinos not just during events, but throughout their fitness journey. Together, we’re making it easier for more communities to stay active.” ~Julius Em, CEO of HyveSports and Justine Cordero-Em, Founder of Women’s Fitness Asia Philippines

The partnership was formally formalized when The Music Run Manila 2026 returned to Filinvest City Events Grounds in Alabang. Over 4,000 runners will participate in the 5K and 10K competitions, which combine music, fitness, and entertainment with DJ-powered racing zones and a post-run festival experience.

As part of the event experience, Herbalife put up an on-site refreshment and hydration nutrition and recovery station, offering product samples, shakes, and wellness-related activities to thousands of participants throughout the day.

Building on the momentum, Herbalife will continue to support a number of significant mass participation events that HyveSports will host in 2026. These events include the Electric Night Run, ColorFest Carnival Run, Trifactor & Amazon for Triathlon & Duathlon races, and other extensive fitness experiences that are anticipated to attract tens of thousands of participants nationwide.

Herbalife aims to help more Filipinos develop healthy routines and lead active lives.
